The local vacation rental property, where we installed a heat pump Split system a couple of years back, wanted us to spring into action for a preventive maintenance routine. Of course, we were more than happy to oblige. We were working with a Nordine 18,000 BTU single zone mini split system.The job went perfectly and now the heat pump is all set to work with the same efficiency we all remember it for.

We were recently called by a customer who was having an issue with their convenience store's compressor, which had locked up and even thrown a piston in the middle of service. It's not every day you encounter something like that! To get the job done, we rolled out a Rheem rooftop package unit - a commercial three phase system. We then used our field peace vault meter to really dial in on the issue and solve it. It's always a good feeling to be able to help a business get back on track!

Another day, another adventure for us! We got a call from a customer with a distressingly old furnace. Turned out, it wasn't just age that had taken a toll on the heater, but a bevy of mice had made it their home too. This double whammy had caused the furnace to burn out internally. To solve this, we provided service and maintenance on the furnace. We also cleaned out the unwanted tenants. For future protection, we utilized some of our top-notch products that are designed to deter these critters from returning. The job was a challenging one but, as always, we love getting our hands dirty to solve our customer's problems.

Our team had the pleasure of visiting a scenic lake house this morning, after the owners reached out regarding maintenance of their HVAC system. Their amazing vacation home deserved the best treatment, so we were excited to help them achieve optimal comfort. We examined a Frigidaire heat pump with Wi-Fi controls fitted on the wall. The customer reached out to us needing a complete HVAC overhaul for their large hotel project. We're thrilled to say that we successfully installed 30 individual systems, using all new electrical and refrigerant lines and brand new indoor and outdoor equipment. This was no small feat, but it was all in a day's work for us! To ensure optimum quality and peace of mind, we used all Carrier products. These come with a 10 year manufacturer warranty and we also offered a one year parts and labor warranty through our company. Needless to say, we're pretty proud of how this project turned out!

We got a call from a customer who was dealing with a persistent odor problem that just wouldn't go away. They were at their wit's end trying to cope with this ongoing issue. To nip this problem in the bud, we proposed a comprehensive solution – installing a brand new Carrier system. Our plan doesn't stop there, to ensure optimal performance and eradication of the smell, we’re also going to install all new insulated flex ducting in the attic. We believe this thorough approach will effectively solve the customer's problem and give them the fresh, odor-free home environment they deserve. Let’s put an end to this smell issue for good!

Another day, another job well done by our team! Today, we were contacted by a regular customer needing annual routine maintenance on their Trane condensing unit approaching its 10 year mark. It's always a pleasure to provide preventative maintenance for our customers, and we know how vital it is to extend the life of their equipment. To tackle this task, we used our heavy-duty blower to clear the surroundings of the unit and then proceeded with inspecting the refrigerant levels. This being a task we've performed for them multiple times over the years, we were confident in the service provided. We're always happy to help our customers maintain their cooling systems in top shape for the long run!

We had the opportunity to help out a client whose air conditioning wasn't cooling efficiently and suffered from weak airflow throughout the house. The homeowner knew something was amiss and gave us a buzz. To get things back on track, we dived right in by giving a thorough cleaning to the outdoor unit; you'd be amazed at the difference a good scrub can make! We also installed a fresh, new start relay, as its role is essential to get the A/C unit kicking in correctly.
