Turned out, it wasn't just age that had taken a toll on the heater, but a bevy of mice had made it their home too. This double whammy had caused the furnace to burn out internally. To solve this, we provided service and maintenance on the furnace. We also cleaned out the unwanted tenants. For future protection, we utilized some of our top-notch products that are designed to deter these critters from returning. The job was a challenging one but, as always, we love getting our hands dirty to solve our customer's problems.

Today, we were contacted by a regular customer needing annual routine maintenance on their Trane condensing unit approaching its 10 year mark. It's always a pleasure to provide preventative maintenance for our customers, and we know how vital it is to extend the life of their equipment. To tackle this task, we used our heavy-duty blower to clear the surroundings of the unit and then proceeded with inspecting the refrigerant levels. This being a task we've performed for them multiple times over the years, we were confident in the service provided.
